I recently stayed at Durty Nelly's Inn for a weekend getaway. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, going above and beyond to assist us and always with a smile. Despite a small issue with the hot water, Lizzie at the reception quickly found a solution and even provided free breakfasts and lockers for our inconvenience. The capsule beds offered a unique level of privacy and were very comfortable. The hostel had ample storage space and the communal areas were kept clean. The Irish bar with live music was a great addition and the location was central to everything. Special mention to Larissa and Orlando for their helpfulness and knowledge of the city. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Amsterdam!

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide suggestions and answer any questions I had. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the popular attractions in the city. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and modern, providing a nice place to rest after a long day of exploring.

The beds were dusty and had dead bugs in the crevices, which was quite disgusting. The bed sheets were also too small and didn't fully cover the mattress.
